All items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
We only replace or refund items if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Sizing Responsibility
Please review all sizing information before purchasing. Emet is not responsible for sizing issues.

Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, Emet is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Please contact the United States Postal Service directly for assistance.
